Novatik NATURA STALE tile consists of a premium quality steel core, protected against corrosion by a layer of ZnMg over which there is a further protective layer of acrylic resin. A coating of volcanic rock chips, which have been colour treated (up to a temperature of 900°C) to provide uniformity of colour and increased ultraviolet resistance, is then applied to a specially formulated basecoat, which binds the chips in place. Finally, a transparent acrylic coating is added to provide gloss and increased mechanical strength.

AESTHETIC WARRANTY – 30 YEARS. Each Novatik NATURA module is finished with basaltic rock, covered with a ceramic layer that goes through a colour stabilization process at temperatures above 900 degrees Celsius, resulting a roof with a durable and ultra-UV-resistant color. All of the colours in the Novatik NATURA range of profiles reflect the natural world and our roofs will maintain their outstanding appearance for many years to come. We offer an aesthetic warranty of 30 years.
