Novatik Company launches a new product, Novatik NATURA, to its range of roofing systems. The new product is a natural evolution in the company's development, with 15 years of experience in marketing modular roofing systems with a stone coating, giving them the confidence and knowledge necessary to develop their own stone chip coated metal roof tiles. The main goal is to transform the Novatik brand into the strongest brand in Romania on the premium roofing market.
After analyzing the market for metal tiles with a stone coating from both the demand and supply perspectives, the company decided to produce Novatik NATURA with a partner who has been supplying them with equipment and machinery since 2012. Together with their partner, they have developed production lines for all their profiles in their factory in South Korea, and for now, they produce Novatik NATURA tile modules there. All accessories in the Natura range are produced in their factory in Baicoi, and they plan to relocate the stone chip coated metal roof tiles line to Romania in the near future.
Novatik NATURA consists of a high-quality steel panel, protected against corrosion with AlZn on both sides, over which a thermally treated volcanic rock is applied using an acrylic resin, a treatment that provides increased color stability against ultraviolet rays. The final layer of transparent acrylic lacquer gives it a brilliant shine and increased mechanical resistance. The fact that the profiling is done prior to the stone application generates a controlled and uniform coating that excludes the appearance of microfissures in the applied layers.
Novatik NATURA's range includes four profiles that recreate the appearance of renowned roofing styles: Novatik NATURA CLASSIC - a profile that resembles the traditional tile from everywhere, Novatik NATURA WOOD - the natural beauty of a wooden shingle roof, Novatik NATURA SLATE - the exceptional look of slate, and Novatik NATURA ROMAN - the architecture of Mediterranean roofs.
During the production process, Novatik NATURA panels undergo multiple quality control procedures and tests, resulting in one of the most durable and resistant roofing systems on the market, supported by a 50-year technical warranty and a 20-year aesthetic warranty, both warranties being pro-rata.
